Seminole State’s Emil Buehler Planetarium hosting virtual star party

The Emil Buehler Perpetual Trust Planetarium at Seminole State College of Florida is taking its show online with a Virtual Star Party. Enjoy a free virtual tour of the cosmos as the planetarium introduces its inaugural episode of Virtual Star Party!

Derek Demeter and Justin Cirillo from the Emil Buehler Planetarium and Frank Kane, from the Central Florida Astronomical Society, will take you to the cosmos from the comfort of your own home on Friday, March 27, from 9 to 10 p.m. 

During the online event, you’ll see live telescope views of the Orion Nebula (M42) and the ATLAS Comet C/2019 Y4. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions about the fascinating world of astronomy and outer space.
